Welcome to the Asahi Group International UK Limited wholesale website. By accessing orusing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Pleaseread them carefully before making any purchases.
1. Trade Order Terms
- Quotations for vehicle purchases are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issuance
- All vehicles are sold “as seen” in trader-to-trader transactions. The Company assumes no responsibility for bodywork or mechanical condition upon arrival
- The Trader is responsible for checking all vehicle specifications before purchase
2. Deposits and Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upfront to confirm the purchase
- Once full payment is made, the Trader can take possession of the vehicle immediately, completing the deal
- All payments must be made in GBP via bank transfer or another approved method
3. Shipping and Logistics
- The Trader will be responsible for moving the vehicles from one of the Asah ibranches to their designated location
4. Additional Services
- Speedometer conversions & Infortainments are not included in the quotation, and the Trader must arrange for any changes independently
5. Vehicle Registration and Compliance
- All vehicles will be registered before handover
- The Trader will be responsible for any legal requirements, such as conversion from kilometers to miles and ensuring the vehicle is road-ready for the UK
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for any defects, missing parts, or issues with the vehicles
- The Company does not provide warranties on the vehicles sold
- The Trader is responsible for ensuring compliance with UK vehicle standards and MOT requirements
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Once a deposit has been paid, cancellations are not allowed
8. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales
- Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be settled in the courts of England
